People in our days cannot realize that, once a relationship is established, the idea of “me” and “you” exists no more and “we” takes its place. We have to understand that a couple should be considered as a single unit! In such a unity, each person is actually the 50% of the whole, rather than an independent individual. Therefore, wherever any of the two members of a relationship is, it represents the other half as well. He/she is 50% of himself/herself and another 50% of the other half. Thus he/she owes respect to the other half’s representation. It’s easy to understand of course that a higher lever of spiritual growth is needed for such a connection to be obtained! …
